1.About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlexYourPass website and the purchase and use of any city pass, ticket or service we offer (together, the "Service"). By placing an order or using a pass, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Service.
2.Who we are
The Service is operated by Rokin Group Internacional SL, a company registered in Andorra, with its registered office at Carrer de la Covanella, Núm. 5 Els Buners 7PB, AD300 Ordino and VAT number L-709674-F ("FlexYourPass", "we", "us" or "our").
3.The service
FlexYourPass offers a flexible city pass that lets you choose a number of attractions (for example 3, 5 or 7) and select the specific attractions and tours you wish to visit, including after payment, from your account. Availability, opening hours and the list of participating attractions may change from time to time.
We act as a reseller and facilitator of tickets and admissions to third-party attractions and tour operators. Visits to those attractions are also subject to the terms and house rules of the relevant attraction or operator.
4.Booking & payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a pass subject to these Terms. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and issue your pass or ticket, normally delivered by email as a mobile QR code.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when booking. Payment is taken at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods we make available. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.
5.Prices & currency
Prices are shown on the website and may be displayed in different currencies. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
Any promotional discounts or sale prices are subject to their own conditions and availability, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you complete your purchase.
6.Your pass & tickets
Your pass is delivered electronically and accessed through your account and/or a mobile QR code. Each pass is valid for the number of attractions purchased, and remains valid until the date of your last visit.
Passes and tickets are personal to the traveller(s) named or associated with the order and, unless stated otherwise, may not be resold, transferred or used for commercial purposes. A pass or attraction entry that has been used cannot be reused.
7.Attractions & partners
Attractions, tours and experiences are provided by independent third parties. Their opening times, seasonal availability, capacity, age or health requirements and safety rules apply to your visit, and are outside our control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or quality of service of these third parties, though we will help where we reasonably can.
Where an attraction becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative where possible.
8.Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an eligible pass free of charge up to 24 hours before the date and time of the first attraction you plan to visit, with a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Once a pass or an attraction ticket has been used, it is non-refundable. Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to specific conditions where stated at the time of purchase.
9.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details and pass secure, for arriving at attractions within their opening hours, and for complying with each attraction's rules. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent security, or use the Service in any unlawful or fraudulent way.
10.Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11.Intellectual property
All content on the website, including the FlexYourPass name, logo, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you placed it. We will post the current version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
13.Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Andorra. As a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
